We arrived before normal check in time but were promised a call as soon as our room was ready and the hotel stored our bags. We never received the promised call so at 30 minutes after normal check in time we went back to the hotel to see if our room was now ready and had been for a while - no apology for not calling us as promised - room was not cleaned next day until after 4.00 so we had to wait until then to access and use the room - very unlike our previous experiences here

Really spacious and well designed unit. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only comment is the address listed is sort of odd. We came in late and went to the address listed. It’s not anywhere near the actual checking area.

Room had no Aircond but provided 2fans, ten room was small, bathroom tiny like a box, location perfect close to lo al supermarket and fish and chip cafe Thai restaurant…everything shuts down in Wellington 9-10pm.
